A little introduction.
Hi there! This is Pradeep Kumar Pandey. I live in Indore, India. Glad to inform you that I’ve recently written a book about weight loss and a simple but effective and sustainable approach to healthy lifestyle to combat modern diet-and-lifestyle-related health issues. It’s currently ranking high in the Nutrition section on Amazon.
When did your love of books begin?
I began reading books when I felt a strong desire for self-improvement in order to achieve more in life.
When did you start to have the wish to become an author?
After reading a few books from well-recognized authors, I overcome my own health issues and a few others’ as well. I experimented with various strategies for weight loss and found some concrete way of doing it, more comfortably and effortlessly. I was able to improve my sleep quality, had more sustained weight loss, improved my eyesight, back pain, etc. with this approach. I wanted to help others also who were in search of such strategies so that they could achieve their goals in a simpler way. Therefore, I wrote this book with the intention of helping them.
How have you found the process for becoming an author?
It has been rewarding so far as I’ve seen my personal growth skyrocket and noticed good recognition among my own family and friend circle. It feels nice and I look forward to do more creative work in future.
What would you say to those wanting to become an author?
If you have an idea which is unique and that can provide some value to the readers, please go ahead with confidence! Just add some marketing, advertising, branding, and financial knowledge to your bucket so that you can excel in all dimensions of life, as you do not become just an author, but a brand, an authority, so we must better learn brand management also in addition to our writing skills!
Tell us about your book/books:
I’ve tried to put everything that I’ve learned in a very concise way, avoiding all the unnecessary medical jargon so that people can find losing weight fun and achievable without working out hours in the gym. I have illustrated a collective, sustainable, flexible, and effective approach towards developing a healthy lifestyle so that we can have an idea as to what’s happening inside our body when we eat a certain type of food, and how we can manage that to our own benefit so that we can avoid or minimize modern diet-and-lifestyle-related health issues, and save some bucks on our medical bills!
What do you love about the writing/reading community?
It’s always a great feeling when you can find like-minded people and connect to them, now more easily than ever with the help of Internet and social media.
If you could say anything to your readers what would it be?
Take control of what you eat, how you think, and what you want to be in future in terms of your health, because it’s not just about your health, you will observe that when you try to improve your health or are consistently concerned about it, you automatically thrive in other areas of life as well, so it’s a win-win situation for you!
